Medical Services for Flood affected

Cochin: RCFI medical wing conducted awareness program and emergency medical services for the flood hit Villages in Kerala. More than thousand patients were provided with free consultation,medicine,health checkups and minor surgeries during the camps. 50 doctors in different specialties and paramedical volunteers were actively participated the programs. Dr.Mujib Rahman,Dr.OKM Rahman,Dr.Shareef ,and other prominent personalities lead the program under the patronage of Dr.MAH Al Kandy (GS.RCFI) Rasheed Punnassery (JD.RCFI) and other team members.

Construction of Orphanages

Chennai: Construction of 8 orphanage buildings are in progress by RCFI. The project aiming to accommodate Orphans and destitute with state of the art facilities and better education will be operational by September 2018. All the centers will have accommodation and recreation facilities in peaceful atmosphere. All the works are directly monitored by RCFI for the better and bright future of the orphans. Apart from the Orphan Home Care program the centers will provide more services for them in each regions. Cities like Chennai,Delhi,Oooty,Calicut,Nanded and Indore will host the new centers.

Mobilizing the Differently able Villagers

Kolkotta: As part of Life Care program RCFI distributed around 100 wheel chairs and other life care equipments in function organised here. Thousands of rural population with difficulties are not in position to buy a wheelchair to mobilize them. This situation compels them to stay at homes without chances to do any kind of job or daily activities. RCFI volunteers took surveys about this and supplied them with needed equipments and other supports. Zuhairudheen, Abdul Shukoor and other officials lead the program.

Rural Clinic Inaugurated at West Bengal

Majgonda: A medical center aiming to provide primary health care in rural villages inaugurated as part of healthcare program by RCFI. The clinic with 8 bed observation facility and other services will be a great initiative for the development of rural health. RCFI completed the project in 5 months in an expense of Rs.2500,000 . The inauguration function was attended by the doctors team from Katakana Medical college with a mega medical camp. Mr.Zuhairudheen, Dr.Khan and other prominent personalities attended.
